Gluten-free Cooking for Kids

I will be teaching lots of courses in the next few months thanks to your overwhelming support.  Thank you also for spreading the word as many of my students are hearing about the courses through friends and relatives who have recently attended a workshop and have come back laden with gorgeous breads and pastries to share.  It is wonderful to hear positive comments about the food. For any non-believers out there, yes it is possible to make great bread and delicious gluten free pastry.

• Waitrose Cookery School London- 1 May - Gluten Free Bread and Pastry Workshop- There is a waiting list for this class  

June 2013

• Leith's School of Food and Wine   7th June - Master class in gluten free cakes and biscuits

•  Denman College- Home of the WI Cookery School in Oxfordshire- 8 June - Gluten Free Workshop. This will cover a variety of baking items.

 

•  Denman College -Home of the WI Cookery School in Oxfordshire 11, 12, 13  June - a residential baking and cooking workshop

• Divertimenti Cookery School, London- 28 June - this will include a variety of different items including some bread and pastry.

•  Cucina Caldesi in London-  22 June gluten free pasta and pizza workshop
