This company supplies pure oats and other oat based cereals which are certified as gluten free. I have purchased from them directly when they have exhibited at The Gluten and Allergy Show and I know their products are available in a few outlets. Doves Farm
Doves Farm manufacture and supply a wide range of gluten free flours and specialist gluten free baking products like xanthan gum and pure vitamin c (also known as asorbic acid) . All of my recipes use Doves Farm Plain Gluten Free Flour and I highly recommend them. Doves Farm supply most of the major retailers and many independents including Tesco, Waitrose, Sainsbury's and Coop to name a few. They also have a mail order service and a website so you can order direct from them if you prefer.
