Gluten-free Cooking for Kids

Join me on Monday 21st May for a fantastic new gluten free course, called Senza Glutine (Gluten Free) at Cucina Caldesi, London.   We will be working through a series of Italian recipes all of which have been adapted to be gluten and wheat free.  We will be making traditional Italian favourites like pizza, fresh pasta, foccacia, bread and other classic Italian specilalities.  As far as I know, this is the first ever, fully Italian gluten free course in the United Kingdom.  I am particularly excited about showcasing the fresh gluten free pasta, which is completely and utterly delicious.  Giancarlo Caldesi a pasta maestro and a perfectionist, pronounced it fantastico! And if an Italian Chef says that, you know it's going to be pretty darn good.
